Large Italian Majolica Umbrella Stand Vase Jardiniere, Blue and Gold, Fruit

This stunning Italian Majolica Umbrella Stand Vase has a beautiful blue and brushed gold finish and features wonderfully detailed raised fruit amid bunches of leaves on the sides. Pears, grapes, pomegranates, and cherries cascade down the sides of this large vase or umbrella stand. There is a ceramic disc included inside the umbrella stand which is meant to allow water to drain. Alternatively you could use this large vase as a planter or jardiniere, as excess water could drain through the hole in the bottom. Of course this large majolica vase would look equally stunning filled with dried flowers and sitting in a corner or foyer! Condition: There has been professional ceramic restoration to one of the fruits on the side of the vase which is barely visible.
